Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
This section's terms and conditions will apply in addition to and in addition to any policy set by the relevant Vendor. At the time of scheduling your appointment, you will be informed of the Vendor's policies as well as any relevant late cancellation fees.
You may have the right to cancel an appointment with a Vendor under certain circumstances, according to the limitations outlined in this section.
There will be no cancellation charges if you cancel an appointment that is scheduled to take place 24 hours or more after the time of your request.
A vendor may charge a late cancellation fee of a percentage of the total amount of your appointment if you cancel an appointment that is due to take place within 24 hours of the time of your request. When a Vendor receives notice of a late cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the late cancellation fee is determined at the Vendor's discretion and in line with their own Vendor policy.
If you fail to show up for your Booking, the Vendor has the right to impose a "no-show" policy, which allows them to charge your payment method up to 100% of the total sum of your Booking at their discretion. You will not be entitled to a refund unless you and the Vendor have reached an agreement directly.
Finally, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided by any Vendor, Eyeful Portal LLC will not be able to give a refund. In such cases, you must contact the concerned Vendor directly for any and all refund or reimbursement inquiries.
